Annabelle, a first grader with a genetic syndrome affecting her motor skills, scoliosis, and a heart defect, found new strength through twice-weekly hydrotherapy at Beit Issie.
Initially shy and insecure, after six months she gained confidence and mastered essential water skills, moving independently in the pool.
Despite her heart condition, she now swims up to 1.5 meters independently. Treatment was conducted according to the Halliwick Concept, which focuses on developing balance control, swimming, and independence. Her motor abilities and scoliosis also improved, reflecting her incredible progress.
