“I’ve been to many doctors, and they all treated me as hostile, but you respect me and see me as a person. I feel like an equal here. Because of this I can be more relaxed and peaceful in the chair.”
What is Adapted Dental Care?
At Beit Issie, we understand that individuals with disabilities have unique dental needs. To meet these needs, we have developed a multi-disciplinary approach to providing treatment for people of all ages and abilities that significantly reduces the need for anesthesia. While most dental clinics see 50% of patients with disabilities undergo each treatment under full anesthesia, our model has allowed us to reduce that number to just 6%. Our emphasis on patient comfort, security, and cooperation makes dental care accessible and effective.
