ACTS ABOUT SIZE AND SCOPE

1.

2 large secondary schools in 2 municipalities, 215 students received individual interventions

2.

Collaboration and cooperation with professionals outside of school (e.g. local health and social care, employment

office, National agency for education, National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools and Swedish Social

Insurance Agency) was established. The aim was to ease the transition from school to work or further study. The

collaboration that has taken place has led to the young people coming out to activities (e.g. employment

internships, training )

3.

Assessment s of needs was carried out before and after interventions and showed significant improvement in 13 of

the 16 areas assessed. Almost all students, 97 percent, thought that they would continue or in part continue to use

the technology after the project time. 62 percent felt they their ability to deal with difficult situations improved

during the project time

O

UTLOOK

have consented to be included in a follow-up study . A website dedicated to increasing technology support for students
