This initiative of teaching Karen language and culture in Ayeyarwaddy Region is very innovative. Not to wait for change,

but to make change happen is the organization's motto. After 5 years of gradual efforts today many groups or

associations like somme Karen Language and Culture committees in 5 townships in Ayeyarwaddy are organizing

summer course for teaching Karen language. This good practice will surely influnence other organizations to be easily

adopted or adapted. Inclusive Education in 10 villages are still small beginning. But it attracts townships education

officers to extend the scope. Therefore this project has its future and this project will make long term impact to the

community where it is implemented.
