OVERALL GOAL /MISSION
The goal of the project 'LetsCo!' is to organize practical trainings for adults with intellectual disabilities, who are not, no
longer or not yet eligible for a paid job. LetsCo builds an inclusive society wherein diversity is appreciated and
celebrated. LetsCo contributes to a better quality of life for adults with an intellectual disability and their environment.
THE SOLUTION THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED
The project organizes long-term trainings, including traineeships on regular places, like kindergardens and in elderly
care. That way, the adults with intellectual disabilities are strengthened to take a role in their own community. They put
their talents into action, and are an important help on the work floor.
By stimulating them to work as a supported employee, they feel acknowledged, stronger. They offer them a way out of
school; we offer them perspectives for the future.

 Number of trainees in 2014-2015: 96 adults
 Number of toddlers and elderly people we reached in 2014-2015: 288

OUTLOOK
The project is expanding its 2015-2016 they plan to organize longterm trainings in different workplaces, to
train logisticians in businessess.That way, we broaden our workingfields.
They have the ambition to get a structural recognition from the different departments we are working with.
Furthermore they are planning to develop a model that can be transferred abroad. In september 2015 they also start to
develop the long term training for assistants in businessess.
