Some countries will be using the indicators (Fiji, Samoa, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu) in their planning of Inclusive

Education activities at national and provincial levels. A theoretical framework is used, which allows local stakeholders to

decide what should be measured and how the progress should be monitored in implementing Inclusive Education. Such

a framework can easily be adopted by other developing countries. Bangladesh for example is likely to use some of the

indicators for their context. It is anticipated that most countries will draft either new policies on inclusive education or

red-draft existing policies to be aligned with the international best practice within next two years.
