VEASYT Live! Is the first online video-interpreting service used via web through computers, tablets and smartphones in
Italy. The service was first created in 2013 with the goal of allowing public institutions to communicate professionally
with deaf citizens who are not able to have an interpreter by their side. VEASYT Live! has extended its services by
offering a language video-interpretation feature and become an interesting service for enterprises and services in need
to speak a foreign language. With one click, this translation service is currently available in 15 languages and in Italian
Sign Language (

HE SOLUTION THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED
Allows anyone to have a professional interpreter with just one click. The service is available:
Upon reservation, with 30-minute sessions, anywhere from 60, 90 up to maximum 120 minutes -“Live!” instant calls
Without reservation, with a waiting time of up to three minutes
VEASYT Live offers the following features:
Dispensing from the remote service, with the possibility of an interpreter even in cases of emergency or in isolated
locations
Service delivery through the video-conference
Ensuring greater interactive involvement than simple telephone interpreting
