The program of changing attitudes towards disability and teaching tolerance can be adopted easily by other

organizations and countries as long as it is professional. Based on the target population, activities can be changed. In

order to adjust the program to the needs of the target population, relevant information shall be researched and

collected, unfamiliar information shall be provided until it becomes familiar, offer a meeting with a person who

represents the specific subject following training and empowerment, develop an experiential lesson based on the

approach that directly experiencing a previously unknown phenomenon is better understood, and finally create and

implement activities related to the newly learned subject. This approach works in all countries and languages. The

proposed program serves as a model in Israel too. The cost of implementation varies in each country based on the

mentality, culture and skills. The following expenses shall be taken into consideration when estimating the costs:

program coordinator, program facilitators with disabilities, program counsellors, transportation and equipment. In some

programs, program facilitators with disabilities volunteer. However, in these cases the program is provided with less

professionalism and the educational process is also less effective. In addition, the right of people with disabilities to earn

a respectable salary is also denied.
