Expansion of the programme into more rural areas with a 'task-shifting' approach to training provision.

Accreditation process of CMH as an endorsed training service provider with the South African Qualifications Authority

(currently being managed by LfL); this process will be finalised within 2015/2016.

All LfL and CMH training courses and materials to be developed into accredited training materials where appropriate so

that participants and service users will gain credits on the SA National Qualifications Framework which will give them

more credence and significance.

Research and marketing of disability training within the corporate and business sectors. Business consultants are

currently being interviewed for more insights into the needs of the business sector in terms of employing people with

disability and the training that it needed for this.

E-learning, webinars and podcasting opportunities exist for rural and outlying areas to ensure that they have access to

the training even though they may not be able to attend the workshop itself due to distance and funding challenges.
