ACTS ABOUT SIZE AND SCOPE

70 school applicants, the previous Biennial event in 2013 counted a total of 33 schools;

9 school applicants;

51 museum applicants, the previous biennial in 2013 counted 18 museums;

Student visits at Omero Museum: 2011/12: 4406 of which 4,7% students with disability; 2012/13: 6107 in which

4,2% had visual impairments and 6,9% students with other disabilities (data collected from ISTAT1 during the

2010/11 school year: 139.000=3%, of which 1,8% demonstrated visual disabilities).

The free participation of schools, entities, and associations for people with disability as a great solution to raise

awareness and create a network of stakeholders interested in the issue of cultural heritage accessibility.

Increase of participation in museums by 20% for 2015/16

Increase participation of people with disabilities by 10% for 2015/16

The project can be easily adapted into other countries because it is based on the collaboration between

organizations using their adaptive resources already present at their internal use.
