MISSION
The goal of the project is to help students with special needs or with learning or other difficulties to find a job and to get
into employment. The projects target groups are students on special vocational schools in their last study year.
The project has produced:

Individual support
Network to help the reach the objective
The main product of the project is the website "
www.oikeitatöitä.fi" "real work", a material bank with consists of
different kind of equipment for training to write CVs, job applications, group coaching methods, etc.
The material was collected and developed to help the teachers or other educators and job coaches to train the pupils
with special needs. It is useful and easy to use with any other groups or individuals who need support on their path to
employment as well.

HE SOLUTION THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED
The website-material
www.oikeitatöitä.fiis planned for teachers, coaches and other professionals. It´s open for
everyone.
The education and networking days which project has organized for professionals have been an area to learn good
practices from each other and to share knowledge how to help students with special needs.
