VERALL GOAL

/

MISSION

Transform the traditional teaching paradigm and propose flexible and innovative education systems to ensure the initial

, primary and secondary education of all children and adolescents Colombians , without any discrimination.

T

HE SOLUTION THAT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED

The program proposes the construction and promotion of policies, culture and practices from the following

components: 1. Awareness: it is intended that the educational community perceive, understand, accept and be enabled

to live in an open environment for diversity free from prejudices, fears or any predisposition against the difference.

Achieving this is a permanent work, through which the culture of respect for others is built, and the difference is seen as

an opportunity, not a barrier. 2. Strengthening the governing bodies of education: in this process work with officials of

the regional secretaries of education and the Ministry of Education, informing them of actions that help to build public

policies of attention to diversity, among others. 3. Strengthening and supporting educational institutions with a focus on

diversity: This process seeks to promote the formulation and implementation of actions and strategies that consider the

principles of equity, relevance, accessibility, flexibility and participation. 4. Teacher training: we have designed teacher

training processes, these allow them to know how to address the diversity of its students to develop their full potential.
