UTLOOK
The Digital Literacy Framework and underlying assumptions are being put into the public domain by SESS through
various dissemination mechanisms. This will allow the adoption, refinement and/or amendment of the framework by
other agencies. Similarly, policy implications from the conceptual study can be adopted or amended by policy agencies.
