UTLOOK
The Youth4Jobs project has demonstrated clearly that if youth with disability get market linked vocational skilling, they
can get quality jobs in 45 days. This can happen in scale with the most vulnerable rural youth with disability. Based on
this work, Youth4Jobs has helped government develop skilling fund and schemes for vocational skilling for new growing
service sector for youth with disability. Youth4Jobs plans to be a knowledge partner to all new vocational skilling
organizations - discussions are underway for this.
